Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – After breastfeeding two children, this patient was concerned about the lack of breast fullness and the low position of her breasts. She was also bothered by accessory breast tissue when wearing bras and certain clothing. Dr Eddie Cheng performed a breast lift (mastopexy) with augmentation mammoplasty, along with liposuction to remove the accessory breast tissue. 360 cc smooth round breast implants were placed. She is now post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.

Dr Eddie Cheng recommended a two-stage approach. Stage one involved breast reduction mammoplasty with mastopexy to create the foundation, followed by augmentation mammoplasty for volume and shape. Smooth round breast implants were placed in a dual plane pocket. She is now 11 months post operation, with approximately 6 months between stages, under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.
