Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – This patient had her previous surgery performed elsewhere and was no longer happy with the appearance of her implants. Dr Eddie Cheng performed a bilateral explant of the implants combined with a breast reduction mammoplasty. She is now post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.

Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – The original surgery for this patient was performed elsewhere. She was distressed about the size of her breast implants, with natural breast tissue falling over the top of the implants, and the heaviness causing back and neck pain. Dr Eddie Cheng performed removal of the breast implants with total capsulectomy, along with a breast reduction mammoplasty and mastopexy. She is now 16 months post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.

Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – This patient in her 50s was no longer comfortable with her breast implants and chose to have them removed with correction of breast shape. Dr Eddie Cheng performed removal of the breast implants with mastopexy (breast lift). She is now 3.5 months post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng.

Case Details: Dr Eddie Cheng (Surgeon) – After 15 years, this patient in her 50s chose to have her breast implants removed. Her original surgery was performed elsewhere, and she presented with a DD cup size. Dr Eddie Cheng performed breast implant removal with en bloc total capsulectomy combined with a mastopexy. She is now 5 months post operation under the care of Dr Eddie Cheng and is wearing a C cup bra size.
